Everything you need to know about our services

All dogs must have current Rabies, DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza), and Bordetella vaccines. Vaccine records must be provided during the evaluation.
Dogs over 8 months old must be spayed or neutered for group play and boarding services. Younger puppies may participate with veterinary clearance.
We require all dogs to pass a temperament evaluation. Dogs with a history of aggression toward people or other dogs cannot participate in group activities for everyone's safety.
Please bring your dog's regular food, any medications, a comfort item like a blanket or toy, and written care instructions. We'll provide bedding, bowls, and plenty of attention.
Yes, we can administer oral medications at no additional charge. Please provide detailed written instructions and pre-measured doses in labeled containers.
Tours and evaluations are available during business hours: Monday-Friday 7am-7pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday 10am-4pm. Please schedule in advance.
Daycare cancellations must be made by 7am the day of service. Boarding cancellations require 24-hour notice to avoid charges. Emergency situations are handled case-by-case.
Yes! We offer sibling discounts for multiple dogs from the same household. Each dog must complete an individual evaluation. Pricing details provided during consultation.
